Renowned executive leadership and communications coach, facilitator and trainer, Tim Chilvers, will cement his dedication to helping businesses reach peak growth, by joining Inner Profit in an equity deal.
The deal, which will roll outover the next 12-months, will see Tim become a Principal of Inner Profit and fold his businesses, the Australian Institute of Coaching and Navigate, Evolve, Lead, stand in to sit within the Inner Profit brand portfolio.
Inner Profit is Australia’s leading communication and leadership skill development organisation, delivering training and executive coaching incorporating the renowned Colin James Method®. Co-founder Erica Bagshaw said of Tim, “He is a wonderful human being who connects and cares about everyone he meets. He is searingly intelligent, yet completely humble with a terrific sense of humour,” she explained.
Tim Chilvers has more than 20 years of history in the financial sector, leading and coaching teams both small and large, to find solutions to their biggest challenges. A major experience asset for Inner Profit customers.
Starting out as a Colin James Method® client, Tim quickly trained to become a Colin James Method® Certified Facilitator and Coach. Since then, the relationship between Colin James, Erica and Tim has grown. The merger combines their shared passion of helping improve people’s lives and enabling their businesses to be more successful. In the role of Principal, Tim will be more involved with executive coaching across a broad range of industries and will still deliver a number of The Colin James Method® communication programs. However, he will have a heavier focus on helping executive coaching clients in the financial services industry.
“Erica, Colin and I have diverse and different backgrounds and we all have an incredibly strong commitment to quality education and skill development,” Tim said. “This is a major benefit to customers both old and new. With considerable c-suite experience I have faced many of the challenges that our customers are dealing with, I’ve been in their shoes, I know the situation, and the exact problem. Providing coaching insights to these problems is where I bring significant value.”
Now Inner Profit coaching clients can not only get expert coaching from Colin and Erica, but with Tim there will be an even more profound impact on their results.
Both Erica and Tim are committed to growing Inner Profit and many of the steps are in motion. Earlier last year, new CEO Jason Hine, formerly of ENS International, was welcomed to the team. Jason is working on streamlining and growing the business, creating scalability and expanding the Inner Profit and Colin James Method’s market penetration. In addition to the exciting hires, Inner Profit is making its presence known on an international level. Executive coaching and communication training programs will be delivered in Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Bali, China, USA, Taiwan and Hong Kong before 2018.
