Altmore International Pty Ltd was established by Colin James in 1990 as a training company. In 2012 Colin joined forces with Erica Bagshaw and the company has expanded it’s offerings to include Executive Coaching, Facilitation for leadership days, Keynote & M.C. services for company conferences and e-learning training programs.┬áToday, Altmore International comprises the following entities:

Inner Profit operates as a consulting, training and design company focussing on Leadership, Communication and Resilience. It runs discreet projects in collaboration with partners and suppliers. We also provide Executive Coaching either in support of our programs or as a stand-alone service.

ColinJames.com.au is the brand promoting Colin James as a world-class speaker, educator, facilitator and coach. The focus of the coaching is Advanced Communication Capability. Colin also works with ExCo level individuals in the mining, health, technology and financial services sectors in Australia and Internationally.

A Brief History

From 1993 we began developing, designing and delivering programs in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. The company was essentially Colin working in collaboration with clients and suppliers in building leadership and communication programs. One of these programs, the Personal Development Program, targeting talent in ExxonMobil was first delivered in 1994 and, 19 years later, remains a core talent development offering.

From 1996 Colin began working internationally via companies such as ExxonMobil, British Petroleum, Merck Sharpe and Dohme, Schroders Merchant Bank, Oracle amongst others. He has worked in over 30 countries on 3 continents with the bulk of his work located in the Asia Pacific.

1998 saw Colin begin working with Commonwealth Bank as a facilitator on the Compass Management Development program and then developing programs in his own right which have since been delivered across the bank.

For the past 15 years the core work of our Company has been in the communication and leadership space, with programs either developed by Colin or developed in conjunction with other organisation’s according to a client’s needs. These programs range from an 18 day Professional Facilitation Program to the 2-day Mastering Communication program through to bespoke events and sessions with individuals, groups and conferences. Much of the work focuses on developing consultants, trainers and facilitators to world-class standards including companies such as Mercuri International, Australian Institute of Management, Commonwealth Bank amongst a host of others.
